Description
The Petalus PHW series consist of a stainless steel made reactor tank that is equipped with a heavy duty agitator. The tank is full of hot water and detergent, and once the material is dumped inside, it remains for a period of time while agitators are working. This system performs a highly energetic washing, that removes the adhesives and severe oil impregnations from the material.
The Petalus PHW washing process causes a minimal degradation of the material, and produce a high quality recycled plastic.
The system includes the feeding and the output screw conveyors.
