The Petalus POS-X color sorter series have been designed to separate small size particles, that are specially difficult to separate. It is equipped with high resolution CMOS RGB cameras, that combined with our cutting-edge software technology, can perform a high accuracy separation of many kinds of material by color and transparency.
The material inspection is carried out on transporting belts, so the separation it is better, more stable and more uniform. Our sorters are equipped with an automated LED light background, so the cameras can better see the material to reject.
Our engineers have designed a user friendly interface, so creating new sorting solutions is easy and intuitive. Just let the cameras take a picture of the material, and use the pointer to select the particles you want to reject.
